Stain Replacment Policy
We think our scarves are timeless designs and are beautifully woven and printed on the finest fabrics. They are accessories that will last you for many years. However the reality of wearing a scarf around ones neck is that it is occasionally the target of a stray drop of wine during an evening out, or perhaps a melting ice cream on a summer stroll. Dry cleaning can solve some of these problems, but others are not so easily removed. To deal with this reality we offer a “stain replacement program”. Give us a call and then send us your stained scarf and we will replace it with an identical scarf at a 60% discount, subject to the design being in stock. If it’s not in stock we can’t replace it. We also don’t care where you bought it, if you bought it from us great, but if you bought it from another retailer that works too.
This is not saying go out and be careless and use your scarf as a bib, but accidents do happen and we want you to be able to look fabulous and enjoy you Ascher scarf forever without being too worried about it.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
1. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. The merchandise must be in saleable condition with tickets attached.
3. The merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and in its original packaging.
To return your item please fill out a return form and enclose it with your item(s). You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
If the item(s) sent was incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact customer service by phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For all exchanges, you will be charged a flat-rate fee of £6.95 to send replacement items(s) back. If you do not want the credit card account on file to be refunded, we ask that you please include a separate credit card number along with the return. Please note, separate charges may apply for Canada and International orders.
